Do I still have any followers out there???????? I’m almost done everyone!! I have 51 days left then I’m off to ft hood to start my life as an MP! I’m super stocked and ready to be done!!! :) I am missing my family more today than most days!! I’m so lucky to have such an awesome husband!!
Hello everyone, this is Sara. I got my first letter from Lyndsey today! She is doing great! She hasn’t been sent to her training company yet but I believe she said by Monday she will be leaving reception. :) She took my advice and got the biscuits and gravy and LOVED it!!! :) I’m so proud of her and I know she knows that everyone back home is proud of her as well.
I haven’t gotten a letter from Lyndsey yet but she should be at her actual unit now and out of reception. :)
I’ll let everyone know when I hear from her.
Lyndsey was on the bus and headed to FT Leonard Wood shortly after I posted the last update. She’s going through everything right about now. Blood drawn, dental, eye exam, hearing test, DEERS, getting fitted for uniforms!
I hope she isn’t nervous! By this point, my nerves were gone and I was just ready to get to my unit and get basic started! :) I’m so proud of her!
Lyndsey informed me that she just landed in STL Missouri. :) I’m so excited for her. :)
Again, I’ll post when I find out more information. :) She’s probably on the bus heading to Ft. Leonard Wood (2 hours away) then she will be at 30th AG (reception) where the process begins. :) (I only know this because that’s where I went to basic at)
I’m so proud of her.
Lyndsey’s last text to me was that she boarded the plane to STL Airport. She will text me when she lands there and I will let everyone know. :)
On the bus to get here! Then off to MEPS josh and zoei are going to come watch me swear in! :) I’m ready to get training over with to be with my loves!! ;) Sara will keep y’all updated but I will try an post when I can!! :)
